Cheddar Hockey Club has been running for over 60 years now. We are a friendly local club that caters for all levels of skill and ability. We currently have 3 ladies teams (for ages 13+), including a development team for supporting younger players. Plus, we provide popular junior sessions (for year 6 onwards), which are a great gateway into the adult game.
For the 2024/25 season, we are in the following leagues... Our 1st and 2nd team are in West Women’s Wessex Division 1 and our Development/3rd team are in West Women’s Wessex Division 2.
For the ladies hockey, we welcome players from age 13 upwards - there is definitely no upper age limit! Lots of ladies have joined us who haven't picked up a hockey stick since their school days.

Get in touch about junior sessions for year 6 onwards. They are a great gateway into our Ladies teams, and are held in 8 week blocks directly prior to the adult training on Monday nights. £25 total for all 8 sessions! Advanced booking required to attend.
